What is BuzzWorkers ?

BuzzWorkers started around 2000 in Portugal  - First we where discovering and making experiments with a soft-synth-studio-modular-tracker caled Jeskola Buzz  for several years, Jeskola Buzz gave us the possibility to experiment without limits and for the Fun of it, we started recording the crappy-shits and somethimes some more interesting pieces of Music we where able to do at the time.  I used to call what we where producing at the time : Experimental Electronic Music - we mostly went into Electronica, Trip Hop, Electro, Techno and some Hardcore speedy 4/4 tracks. all pretty basic.

In 2003 B.e.n. (This is me, BuzzWorkers founder) moved along to Brussels/Belgium for living and part also because of Belgium position when it comes to Electronic Music. Belgium is in the center of Europe, believe it or not, but music and especially Electronic music in all genre always had a tremendous influence and inpact everywhere. Belgium is the melting pot of all sounds.

At the time I was very impressed by the old-school Electro and Drum n' bass party every weekend in brussels. at the same time, Ya-synth (my brother) moved to Brussels and together, still with Jeskola Buzz we kept our Electronic Music experience flowing without border, we where doing what we liked to do, live compo, tracks, session,  some party from time to time. that's when we met Dr.Lo - Lo is our mentor, after what we have done with computers, Lo little by little (good records he have) made us discover plenty of great music, from techno to house, electro, drum n' bass, old-school unknown records, and in 2006 : Acid

Lo was one these lucky guys, that had a complete old-school vyntage studio at home. Roland TB303, Roland mc 202, Roland TR808, Juno 60, Jupiter 4, Roland TR 707, it's a long story to tell, but it happens that we received all the hardware, at Home.  we added to it some more machines,  Roland TR 727, a Polysix and a lots of imagination and here we are in 2008 into an Acid Techno/Electro/New Wave journey that is not yet to finish. actually it just started :)

 What we do Now ? Acid Techno, Acid Electro on the form of Tracks, Session, Live act - we call it The Acid Revival
